Guest guest
I'm doing a psyllium/senna " thing " too, and seeing lots of mucous. But I'm thinking the psyllium is CREATING the mucous. Could that be? susan

Guest guest
I think you'll find the psylium pushed the mucous out of your system. This mucous decreases in time. I hardly get anything like that anymore. Jonah str8barber@... wrote: > I'm doing a psyllium/senna " thing " too, and seeing lots of mucous. But I'm > thinking the psyllium is CREATING the mucous. I really think now that I had been getting die off from the parasite cleanse. I think the psyllium is responsible for helping me pass a lot of dark stringy/knotty ropes the last few days, and I feel like that's progression. Also critters of different kinds. I did a Gray (basically psyllium & an herbal formula tablet) cleanse about 15 years ago where I passed the black tarry ropes - up to a foot in length...it was a GREAT cleanse. Dropped weight, felt much lighter and more energetic, flattened my tummy, etc. So I'm basically starting the cleanse again. Feel it will benefit me while I'm trying to push critters out. Someone suggested that I boost the probiotics which is a great idea and I think that I will get back on them as well. I've been a minimalist lately when it comes to additional supplementation. I was on such a regime there for awhile, had to take a break! Long story shortened....the pysllium seems to really benefit me in my efforts to cleanse the colon. Have you ever taken it? Are you doing a parasite cleanse or other?
Guest guest
& Jonah...I agree. Getting the mucous out is good. I remember going through this on a cleanse (using psyllium & an herb)years ago and every time I lost mucous I noticed a considerable improvement in how I felt. > > > I'm doing a psyllium/senna " thing " too, and seeing lots of mucous.
