Guest guest Posted May 12, 2002 Report Share Posted May 12, 2002 While reading up on prunes, I found out that they do more than help bowel function......they also help build bone mass. I've been eating soaked prunes almost every morning and find they are more effective if I drink the soak water as well and more water throughtout the day. Also, according to Dr. Schulze, any white flour products destroy bone mass, or as he would put it, if you eat white bread or pasta, you're peeing your bones down the toilet.
