Guest guest
" I don't know about how much info you can get from the color of your poo. Or whether or not it sinks " ---------------- One can get plenty of information from observing the shape, colour and buoyancy (flotation) of the stools. The colour is mostly given by the amount of bile expelled by the liver via gallbladder. A light coloured stool indicates a poor bile production and can indicate liver/gallbladder problems. Darker colon could be indicative of too much bile in the feces. A Golden Brown colour is said to be the ideal colour. The caliber of the stools indicates actually the health of one´s colon. alrge caliber stools indicates a normally working colon probably with plenty of friendly bacteria while a ribbon type of stool indicates an inflammed colon that should be treated. Buoyancy indicates a good amount of friendly bacteria while sinking stools are indication of a toxic colon lacking a norma colon flora.
