Dear

Here are some authors/books I'm currently finding interesting:

Ann Wigmore

(the mother of wheatgrass juice)

she has several books around--on wheatgrass, sprouts, etc

" Sproutman " Steve Meyerowitz (I'm not sure of spelling)

I just read his book on wheatgrass juice

He has a sprout book too, maybe others

& Bragg

Their ideas are interesting, but their books are

quite a hodge-podge all pieced together

Dr. Schulze

I have a bunch of tapes and newsletters and things that

I've gotten " free " (If you buy his products, they have

a free item that changes every 2 months. It will be listed

in the newsletter) He has other books and videos which

one can buy, but they are too expensive for me!

(I've bought his cayenne book, and a 2-volume video

tape set about herbs, on ebay. Both fabulous.)

(The cayenne book is authored by Sam Biser.)

HYDROTHERAPY: water therapy for health and beauty

I just read this. A wealth of ideas on cleansing

using water.

I probably have > 10 books on juicing. I really like

Jay " the Juiceman " 's book " the Power of Juicing " ,

among others.

I also have wonderful books on hydrogen peroxide, ozone,

and oxygen therapies, but I'm lazy/busy and don't want to

find names and sources :(

Hobbs has a book " Foundations of Health " which

is all about digestion and supporting it with herbs. I

also just read his booklet on milk thistle (I think it is

just called " Milk Thistle: the liver herb " or something

simple like that.)

My favorite home-health-care book is The Herbs of Life by

Tierra. It is an herb books, with some Chinese

herbal orientation..... It has a wonderful chapter on

home heath treatments, with basic explainations of how

to's.... How to prepare an enema (and what herbs to add),

how to induce sweating (she gives 3 or 4 methods), how

to do moxabustion.... etc. I used to look through this

section when sick! (BTW, that is the best thing to read

when sick! Books about healing!)

Okay, that's enough of this for now!

Looking forward to hearing what other people are reading!

Moria
