Hi Lorraine....

Just got to read your post....a week late....that is my MO.....but better late than never.....anyways....

I am not really sure if I can be of any real help...but I did want to welcome you and let you know that there are plenty here who really know how to search the web and will probably come up with some help....

As far as your daughter....she most likely reacts to the vitamins because of the coloring or flavoring in them.....maybe an all natural vitamin...if they can be split...maybe a half dose....to start...and then take 1/2 in the am and 1/2 in the pm....

Any news on your sons tests...

Herbs can be a scary thing.....especially if we don't know what we are really treating....

when someone has a health problem and especially when taking meds....mixing things can be dangerous....

like drinking grapefruit juice with certain meds can make it so the med does not work properly...so much to look into....

I am not against herbs...for someone who is healthy....my daughter who is 26 takes them....but I would not think of giving them to my son who has 2 different liver diseases and other auto-immune diseases.....Tyler, who is now 18 was diagnosed at 9 with Crohns disease and then others to follow.....he is doing well after a very tough winter.....

Maybe your daughter could get a blood test....to see if she is enemic...she is 14 and going thru changes...maybe that is part of the problem....but I would definately get them tested before I started giving them anything....

Hope I have helped in some small way...and Welcome to you....sounds like you are doing pretty well.....good for you....

hope to talk to you again...
