Hi everyone. Just wanted to let you know that I started the Cleanse and

Purify program from Arise and Shine eight days ago. It is going extremely

well. Check this out - my arthritis is almost completely gone! I usually

wake up with very sore hands, can hardly make a fist, and my pinkie fingers

would click and pop. Almost completely gone! Also, I can't tell you how

much muchoid plaque has come out of me. It started within 48 hours of

starting the cleanse, and just keeps coming. I am having several bowel

movements per day, between 4 and 7. My skin is already much softer, my eyes

are clearer, and my urine is the perfect color with no cloudiness at all for

several days.

This is a month long cleanse. I'll keep you posted. I start weekly colonics

to complement the program next Saturday.

Eight days Kathy, good for you! Arise & Shine was my first cleanse in 1996

and changed my life. I know it will yours too! When I started the fasting

period with the colonics I lost a three to four foot piece of rope that was

as thick as 1 inch round. WOW! It was like leather, on my third cleanse,

hundreds of crystals flushed from me. They recommend you put a colander in

the toilet to see what comes out. I strongly suggest you do this. Seeing is

Kathy, I have been thinking about your eight days and my 1996 cleanse, how

it changed my life. Can anybody realize what I mean by " it changed my life " .

How profound a difference it has made, even now, four years latter. My

allergies that left me exhausted, stressed and emotionally drained,

decreased substantially. Everyday from then on I began enjoying my children

more. Gaining back memories of which I forgotten, enjoying sunshine. I Stop

passing out on the couch three times a day. Small task like housecleaning

and cooking were no longer enormous. Headaches vanished. Now four years

latter I walk everyday, milk goats, slaughter chickens, keep a nice house,

cook really nice meals, home school four children, run errands and help

neighbors. I landscape, care for gardens and orchards I planted. Life is so

much better. I am not over the hill, But I am at the top and I can see the

other side. Keep it up... cleansing changes lives...Bernadette

you're doing this cleanse, or do you have a job outside your home? Would

Hi, I really would like more information, I have been

trying to get where you are at for so long now. Great

work by the way, and congratulations.

What does it involve, what types of products? How

much and often, how do you know it is mucoid placque

and how have you gotten it to loosen up and come out?

I have tried and tried and gotten so sick from using

things like psyllium, because I think I am allergic to

it, but I would try again 'cuase I am at my wits end.

I had gained so much weight the last time I started

using Bentonite and Psyllium, it took months before I

found out that it's probably the pysllium. I then had

to stop eating and do liver cleanses just so I could

loose the exess water weight I was carrying.

The more specifics you could give me would be much

appreciated.

I now I need to cleanse, as I have been constipated

all my life, and it just feels like I am carrying

around pounds of sludge!

Hi Matty,

I know you have had problems with psyllium in the past. One of the listers on one of my other lists sent this link in. She is having great results with it. I have never tried it, but this person said she is really seeing results.

The first link is the page that she found the products on originally, the second link is for the company which I believe she said you could buy it cheaper.

I hope this product might be something that could help you even though it does have psyllium in it. You said you were willing to give it a try again.

I am still using the "Experience" and it is working for me to get my bowels working correctly. It has been a slow process for me because I was pretty messed up, but mine are moving at least twice a day now as compared to once a week as before.
