you can adjust the cabbage when making rejuvelac

Hi everyone,

I just came across some more of my notes from 1986 so IF the rejuvelac

is too strong use less cabbage, and IF it is too weak use more cabbage.

It is possible that different kinds of cabbage can react differently.

I used regular Safeway bought cabbage in the mid 1980s, but that was

before genetic modification and irradiation. Too many pesticides in

the cabbage could also make a difference.
