Hello Vanadeux,

You can get to the " main page " for this list by:

1. starting a browser (like Netscape Navigator or Microsoft

Internet Explorer)

2. entering the following in the " location " window:

bowel cleanse/

You can " copy " that address, or click on it, or type it.

(If you copy or typed it, then enter the " enter " key).

3. you'll be requested to log in (by ). do so.

Now you have the " main page " for the list. You can try

clicking on the links on the left side-- the ones that

say stuff like " messages " " files " etc.

You can also click on " help " on the far upper right---

this takes you to ' help. It is okay and

you can learn some stuff this way. I don't know if it

is the SORT of stuff you want to learn, but it seems

an okay place to poke around. There is also another

" help " link on the right that has to do with the function

you are using at the time. Like, right now, I'm on the

" post " page, so there is a link that says " post help " .

Clicking this will give you a list of topics related

to THAT page or function.

People seem to often get used to EITHER using the website

OR sending/receiving email to a list. Both work -- they

just feel and act different.
