Guest guest
Your statement below sounds like a yeast overgrowth. -Candida- Are you treating that as well? Most likely to cause bloating no matter what you do. Killing it can cause bloating. But make sure you look into digestive enzymes. If your food doesn't digest it will cause lots of gas and bloating. Painful bloating. I find the best thing to do is buying books on the subjects. There are a few good books on enzyme therapy out there. I don't know if you can buy Homozon where you live but it is very good stuff if it fits in your lifestyle. Do any colon cleanse that you can. I even read testimonies about virgin coconut oil flushing out debris from peoples colon. It is a yeast fighter too. I wasn't digesting protien and the symptom of not digesting a food is that you are left burping it up all day long. Even when I ate something at night, the next morning I was still burping it up. Also It can feel heavy in your chest after eating it. Like carrying it around. Then when it gets into your gut you swell up like a balloon and pain. If you do a bowel cleanse and you are not moving, don't just wait. Take a laxative to move things along. I did with the Homozon a few times. It may take awhile but it will work. The idea of the psyllium is for it to brush things out of your intestings. If it doesn't move then it can't do it's job. Soon you will find you won't need the laxative. In fact I only needed to take a laxative 1 time and then things worked on their own after that. After a few months went buy my bowels slowed down to a stop and I began the cleanse again. Every 3 months I got junk out. Preservere. Guest guest
Huajun, I have tried Homozon. And am now on Primal Defense. Homozon seems like a good product, but it does not replenish the bacteria in your bowels. It oxygenates and if you take too much, gives you really bad runs. I'm sure it's a good product, but I chose to go with the Primal Defense, as it is a probiotic and feeds your body what it needs to heal very naturally. It is also very powerful at detox, so you may want to go into the program slowly especially if you have many problems, but it is really helping me with regularity. At first it constipates most people and you may need to do an enema or colonic to help things out. Do not use Homozon or psyllium when doing Primal Defense as they counter act the good bacteria. I think doing colon cleansing, Jensen, Homozon, etc are good, but ultimately it is a good balance of probiotics that make everything work well on a consistant basis, and if you want to do the others first, then the PD or a very good probiotic. Also I use a very good green drink (Perfect Food) by the makers of Primal Defense (Garden of Life)...it also seems to give nutruition and healing to bowel. I also have added colostrum to my diet. Everyone has their own ideas. These are mine and I've tried most methods. of Dewberry Hill " People are like stain glass windows; they sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is alight within. Guest guest
Hi Huajun, Like the others, I recommend a clense before anything else. I found Dr. Schulze to be wonderful. Also, Arise and Shine is great. I had to change my diet to the Specific Carbohydrate Diet. It really helped. It means giving up complex carbs, not fruit or honey, but rather giving up bread pasta, rice ect. I have done this and started Primal Defense to reimplant the bacteria in my gut and heal my leaky gut. So far, so good. It has been very trying, but worth it. I used to get that brain fog feeling when I ate complex carbs, but now I am able to eat them without that reaction. I am not sure how much of my recovery is from the diet and how much is from the PD, but both healped tremendously. I should also say that I primarily am sick from my factory. It really messed me up and I am on leave until April. I imagine I will never be able to return. My point is that I would not be this recovered if I was still there. I am out and taking the supplements. When I was in the plant, I couldn't even take the supplements. I had to wait 3 months after being on sick leave until my body could tolerate Dr. Schulze, but it was worth it. Then the SCD diet helped to heal my gastritis and the PD helped to heal the intestines. An anit-candida diet may be of help to you. The SCD diet I mentioned will help too. It is up to you. E-mail me with any questions you may have and I will help as much as I can. God bless, KJ
Guest guest
<< and the PD helped to heal the intestines. >> KJ, how long werew you on PD and for how long? Hi everyone. I wanted to thank all of you for your advise on treating my rash. I never had a reaction until now, 6 month down the road. My rash started about 4 weeks ago. At that time I did not pay much attention to it. I had 6 or 7 red bumps on my neck that were itching. I thought they were mosquito bites. Another week later my chest started to itch but there was nothing to see. Have you ever heard the impression>> You make my skin crawl<<? It was such an uncontrollable itch that I took the loofa and gave it a good srub. After that my chest was covered with little red bumps, from my boobs to my chin.I applied the ooo for 5 days but it did not help. At night I would scratch in my sleep and a lot of them opened up. All bumps had a little white head. The ones that opened had tiny little white threads sticking out. This is the weirdest thing that ever happened to me. After the olive oil I tried several other things and finally ended up with the Bach rescue remedy. Thanks for your reminder Karmen, I had that at home. The sores are healed but when I run my hand over my chest I feel a million bumps and everything still itches. Under my skin. I even have it in my face. I discontinued everything and cut the PD to 4 a day from 12. As much as I would like to stick it out and get it over with, I can't afford to mess up my face. I work with the public all day and can't look like I have a disease. Has anyone ever experienced something like this before? Guest guest
Hello KJ, I appreciate that you share your experience with me. I am on a very restrictive diet because a lot of foods are like poison to me. I think to clean my colon is important, so I will try to do it as soon as I feel comfortable to do it. I am also try to figure out what probiotics will be good. I ordered one bottle of PD from , but I still dare not to try it. I had terrible experience with ginger. So when I read the label and found ginger is one of the component, then just put it aside. Today I ordered DDS-1 produced by Natren. I want try it because Dr. mentioned it several times in his book. Previously I used Natren Trinity. I am also investigating what is a good way to do rectal implant. Thanks, Huajun > Hi Huajun, > > Like the others, I recommend a clense before anything else. Guest guest
huajun tang I would recommend that you visit a health practioner with a electro dermal machine (EVA). The machine can test what, foods, medicines, and supplements that are biologically compatible to your body. You can also test your foods, medicines, and supplements by muscle testing. These two tests have been very helpful to my wife and I. Best wishes Ken Re: What is my best choice? > Hello KJ, > > I appreciate that you share your experience with me. Guest guest
Hi Hujan, I am glad to see you investigating. Let me say that it may be the 10th, 11th, or 12th product you try that does the trick! But it is worth it when you find what you need. When I did Dr. Schulze intestinal cleanse, it was rough going at first, but then I got the sweetest gift of all: no more frequent urination! I sleep through the night without getting up 6 times to pee! After over 7 years of suffering this was a wonderful suprise, and I was taking it to deal with my intestines. So you never know. I wish you good luck. " I ordered one bottle of PD from , but I still dare not to try it. I had terrible experience with ginger. " PD is a powerful med. You may want to start with 1/2 a pill and see how you do. Your body will let you know. I felt a difference after the first pill the first time! Funny you should mention Dr. Jensen's book, because I was thinking I wanted to buy it and was laying in my bed, looked over at my bookcase and there it was! I bought it and forgot I even had it! Talk about being overwhelmed. I totally understand about the many food issues and am glad you are reading, educating yourself before you take anything on. I hope this helps. God bless, KJ
