Guest guest
some people ARE very compacted... my friend took 4 visits to the colon therapist before she REALLY moved - and she has been fine ever since. Some people also have a hard time on their own doing a colemic board... i'm suggesting this because hydro colon therapy REALLY does work - if it doesn't the first time - then it will thereafter... I found hydro colon therapy extremely relaxing in the way it was done. My peristaltic muscles were 'weak' from bad eating habits over YEARS... and when they 'kicked in' it was nice in the beginning when I was first learning about this to have help - i was in severe pain and had no idea what was going on with me (DUH! .... i know!) ... but it just was a great way to go - I would recommend it for everyone - i truly never felt so good until after that treatment... truly felt wonderful. wendy Re: my first colema > > ><< -you might also consider getting colonic hydrotherapy done - this >sure > helped me in the beginning - and it gets everything GOING ! Guest guest
Dear . I red your story on your first colema. Your must be really toxic. when I first started 10 years ago I actually got nauseated and had to throw up at the same time. Quite an ordeal; Leave the colander out if it is to much trouble. You will still see gallstones and odd subjects if you don't flush. Because they float as everything else sinks. What did you put in your colema water? Try using the less forceful flow at the beginning, you may have better results. It just takes longer. Please don't give up. Your colon seems to be very impacted and you need to get the stuff out. Patience, patience, patience. Love and Light Christel

Guest guest
; I can't say for sure, but if you did get to feel the lumps and they were impacted stools, I would imagine you did in fact need in the worst way to do a colonic/enema. The shaky legs could have been the positioning that you'd done to try to not 'break' your board, but as you probably notice now it aint too likely to break very easily. So, as you now realize, relaxing is the key for your getting better fills and releases. Don't force it, just let it happen, soon you'll realize the fill is getting over to the ascending colon, and then chances are real good you're going to be telling us of some odors that smelled like dead carcasses when putrefied mater releases from that area of the colon. You'll probably also realize a bit of light headedness too when that happens. Dale Da_@... my first colema > I just did my first colema at home, what an ordeal in my tiny > bathroom! Guest guest
Christel I can hear the sloshing but it seems to come from middle and left side. Maybe I am getting to it. I have had only one colon cleanse done professionally and she said that most times when the ascending colon is finally cleaned along with the coecum, there is usually a feeling of hot debris that travels out. I guess that is because it is so hard to clear that area and stuff stuck there festers and ferments for a long time. I have never had that feeling yet . Been doing this now several times a week, for 4 months. Ed
Guest guest
<< What exactly gives you the feeling that you have reached the ascending colon? >> I have done it for so long I can feel the water. But you can also hear a slushing when you massage that part of your colon. That is indication that water has reached that part. Hope that helps. But you will definitely feel the slushing when you get to that point. Guest guest
I would love to go and have hydro colon therapy done, but there is no place within in hundred and fifty miles of me, that would do that, I believe. (I'm 150 miles west of Dallas). I can't afford a colema board, and have a gut feeling (pardon the pun) that I wouldn't do it right anyway. I do enemas, however, twice or three times a week and have succeeded somewhat in unplugging myself. Is there a chance that with enemas I might EVENTUALLY get everything out? I mean I know it would take much longer than with a board or hydro, but its better than nothing, right? anyones help on this is appreciated. Guest guest
I am reading this thread with interest. I have been doing enemas and colema board treatments for some time now. I remember when I first started and nearly passed out when the first movement passed. It was horrible!!!! I just read a really short book today called "The Oxygen Answer for Health and Healing" by Tonita d'Raye in it she suggests that if people are really impacted and constipated like you describe to add stabilized oxygen to the diet. She says one page 21, "As we get older many of us battle irregularity and bowel problems, often beginning with poor elimination. Many health professionals believe that death begins in the colon, and the average person might have as much as 10 to 12 pounds of hardened mucus toxic-waste in the colon. Magnesium-based stabilized oxygen products provide life-giving oxygen for the whole body but primarily work to gently cleanse the bowel of putrefied waste and other toxins. This supplement is not a laxative, which might cause cramping or weaken the body. Although loose stools may be experienced for a time when first using the supplement, this is not diarrhea in the typical sense. The waste is oxidized so well that it liquefies. By flooding the colon with oxygen we turn the stored waste mater of a lifetime into mush, and eliminate it. Frequent stools will cease as soon as the digestive track is free of this old hardened matter and normal elimination will resume." Okay, with that said. I have read what people say about Homozone. I haven't tried it, but it seems to be an oxygen based product. I have never tried stabilized oxygen. I am wanting to try it, but would like some other people's input on their experiences if you have tried it. I do sell several brands, but don't know which is best. Has anyone tried any of them? I have Advanced Bio Institute Stabilized Oxygen, which is the one I was leaning toward trying. I have Rose Creek Liquid Vitamin O. And I have Zell Liquid Oxygen. Has anyone tried any of these? If so, what is your opinion on them? Guest guest
, I am phoning to try to get an appointment with a hydrotherapy clinic tomorrow. I'm curious: how many sessions did you initially take? I hear just two sessions usually does wonders for people. Guest guest
susan, no reason you cant be successful using enemas. your right it will tke longer but doing a series of enemas each time should clear you. i can usually get the first enema to fill my ascending colon and feel ive done a good job with a series of three each time i feel i need an enema. fred write if you want any more info
Guest guest
Hi , I believe that you will get it out with an enema bag. I got mine clean using one, then decided it would be so much easier with a colema board. No up and down and changing the bag. It will take some time though. I got mine clean by doing a minimum of three bags a day until you can hold a full bag with no problem. I also did a high enema, which means that after you get the water flowing in, you gently feed the tube into yourself about 8 to 10 inches. This gets the water higher and cleans better in my opinion. ~Karmahttp://loaves-n-fishes.comhttp://www.karma.awarenesshealth.comhttp://www.andale.com/gallery?cid=6262336 & mid=1 & pId=2 -----Original Message-----From: str8barber@... Guest guest
- you could have areas of your colon that are 'misformed' (many of us do) and also could have problems with your peristaltic muscle 'kicking in'. I had that problem on first hydrotherapy - and was extremely sick. I was an hour and a half before any release and the peristaltic 'waves' had me in crushing pain. There are some naturopaths who have written that most people in 'today's world' do not have properly 'formed' colons because of the way we are taught to eat from early ages... we still survive (!) but we have lots of problems in this way. Juicing many times is a big help in this way - consistently juicing really 'frees' up the colon. The interesting thing about my 'long release time' was that for the entire year before I had been doing serious herbal cleanses on my own and I knew that I had cleansed out a lot of garbage already... but for me the hydrotherapy was a huge help ... I'm so sorry that you are feeling crummy.... and I truly hope you are feeling better soon... wendy Re: my first colema >> -you might also consider getting colonic hydrotherapy done - this sure >>helped me in the beginning - and it gets everything GOING ! Guest guest
I go in for my first hydrotherapy session tomorrow... I'm excited about progressing another step in this fight, but I'm kinda nervous now... yikes... , I tried a carrot/beet juice blend yesterday, as opposed to my usual carrot/celery. Maybe it's a coincidence, but I've had like four normal bowel movements today as opposed to my usual one or two, max. I wonder if that yellow dock's doing something there, too... Guest guest
thanks for that advice. I was told once that I could do major harm by going any further than two or three inches, even if inserted very gently. I will try it now, since you have done it without problems. Thanks again. Guest guest
julie, if the hose to your colema does not have a notched clamp you cn get one with most enemaq bags now. mine enema hose has 5 notches that i find i can always get the rate of flow that is comfortable for me. fred

Christel Hi Christel, I have been following the thread on colemas and I have my own board but wish to check out some sites and send info on them to an acquaintance who is interested in colemas. Can you tell me where you got your board and also where I can find some info to pass on? Namaste, HerbalMomma

Is it just a giant worm obstruction? Hi , I never had that experience. I always use warm water so that it will relax the colon so the water will get in further. I have had a couple of cramps but not the leg shaking. I just stopped the flow and massaged the abdomen till they were gone. Guest guest
I have never done it but I wonder if anyone is trying a high enema with plastic tip? I would think that the prudent thing to use would be the rubber tubing with formed bulb end. this way there is no chance of tip coming off, solid edges to catch on any folds or turns either on insertion or removal. You might have to turn the tubing to loosen it during either insertion or removal. Any comments out there for those with experience to share?
