Ed,

When I was extremely ill in '95 & '96...had lost half my hair, in

terriblepain,

etc, etc ,etc, I had to work...was 2 yrs from retirement. So I would

get up every morming, make 32 to 40 oz carrot/apple juice, drink 8 oz

then and put the rest in 8 oz containers. Put ice in my little igloo

luch pail and my juices. At break, lunch etc, would open up one and dump

in a TB of barleygreen. I started getting better then would have a terrible

healing crissis but continued on. All my hair grew back in about 8 months

but other things took longer. YES...it can be done.

Hi Ed!

When we juice we put the extra into small canning jars filled all the way

to the top to keep as much oxygen out as possible. My husband takes them to

work sometimes. They have a tendency to spill or leak, so they need to be

wrapped up tightly. A thermos would work as long as you can fill it all the

way up. Carrot or beet juice would stain it pretty badly, though.

Ed,

I haven't, but I'm going to start next week. Maybe we can compare notes...

Ed.

I bring 4 cups of apple carrot juice to work each day. I like it best

when I use at least 4 medium size apples. I like the idea of Vitamin C.

Ed,

yes, I took it to work in small container and everytime I would get ready

to drink one of my juices i would add a TB to it. I think it helped me get

while as much as the juicing did.
