Guest guest
, it probably has to do with something you regularly eat. Anything mucilaginous? Like okra, flaxseed, psyllium, dairy? You might find that juiced green leafy veggies will help change the consistency. At any rate, a higher ratio of vegetables could be the solution. Pepitas will also help break this up. If you have a mucuous coating, that could indicate yeast overgrowth, but I'm betting that's not what you mean by sticky. However, I do have a lot of isolated mucous after the movements. Sometimes, I have to go to the toilet just to expel the mucuos. Thanks! Guest guest
What do you mean by soft and sticky ? When I bowel cleanse with arise and shine, and I am passing mucus, it is difficult to wipe because its somewhat rubbery/sticky. Is that what you mean ? Elimination is slow, or clean up is slow ? This description that you provided, well, give some more detail. thanks --- Antunes <cantunes@...> wrote: > Hello! > > I have a problem with soft and sticky feces which means I have to > spend huge amounts of time on the toilet to do my thing. But a small portion always remains in the anus and is difficult to expel. Sometimes, it needs " external " help... Thanks! Regards, Antunes. Guest guest
Well then have you tried taking enzymes? I was put on the fiber and enzymes and this helped. Perhaps some of your food remains undigested completely and presents the stickiness. I had this problem too, I thought it was related to fiber alone. LIZ D Re: How to cure soft and sticky feces?
