Sue,

Part of my probem is that I have a chronic lung disease also. Get out of

breath easily.

Roxanne,

I haven't been following the list closely (and boy, am I ever backlogged

right now!) so I don't know how things have shaped up regarding a

convention. However, it occurred to me that some people who might want to

drive could consider riding together and sharing driving costs, if they

happen to live in close enough proximity? Something to think about anyhow.

Sue,

I have a suggestion. Maybe we should contact the American Liver Foundation

and they could provide a couple of local speakers (depending on the site) and

some literature or something.

Just a thought.

Barbara Ann,

Excellent idea, getting drug company reps to talk at a convention. They

might even be interested in being partial sponsors, for example paying for

or helping pay for meeting rooms? I don't know how that works, but it's

something to think about.

Charli:

This is for anyone who wants to come and talk about problems and the ups and

downs of life with the liver.

I hope you don't think that we are only have people that AIH. I plan on

bringing my sister who has Autoimmune but not AIH. She will be getting

tested this fall for Lupus. Her doctor thinks that he like to do some more

testing on her because of her different problems she has.
