Guest guest
Hi All, I'm new to the group and wish to learn about cleansing. I'm going to do a bentonite clay/psyllium cleanse. I wonder though b/c I've seen different recommendations as to how many times per day and also the duration. So, here are my questions: Does 1 TBSP of bentonite powder to 8 oz of liquid and 1 tsp on psyllium sound right? Does it matter if it's psyllium husk or hull? How long do I do it for and how many times per day? I know that fasting and enemas will make it go quicker, but without that, how long before I see results (stuff coming out of me)? Has anyone done this specific cleanse? Thanks to all in advance Happy holidays _________________________________________________________________ Tired of slow downloads? Guest guest
tell us your current diet please well, I think my diet is balanced for the most part. I eat organic meat/fruit/veggies. I eat yogurt about 5 times per week, cheese about 2-3 times a week. I eat salad about once a week, fish once a week, beef 2X a month, chicken 3 times a week. I think I'm addicted to carbs, but mostly keep that under control. I'm mostly addicted to chocolate but only eat it when it's around. I don't go out of my way to get it, but a student of mine gave me some for christmas and I went nuts. I have Hashimoto's disease which is a form of hypothyroidism. About 2 weeks ago, I gave up coffee for good, but do have green tea about 2 times per week. I'm on the 3rd day of cleanse and haven't noticed any difference and haven't seen anything unusual come out of me. lol! I'm confused..... _________________________________________________________________ Working moms: Find helpful tips here on managing kids, home, work — and yourself. http://special.msn.com/msnbc/workingmom.armx
