Guest guest
I started Candex four days ago and have felt no change in my health. I am wondering what does one do while on Candex? Do you eat, don't eat, enemas, take it with other things? I am just not sure what the plan is for clearing up Candida.
Guest guest
Raw garlic removes heavy metals from the body, including mercury. Jay <<Have you investigated the idea that you are mercury toxic? How many dental fillings do you have in your mouth and are any of them amalgams (mercury)? Mercury toxicity can produce the same symptoms you are experiencing. There is another great site like this one called dentalcleanse-- It could prove helpful.>>
Guest guest
Hello There, You Wrote: Well I read about Candida in this forum and it sounded like me. Depression, nose allways stuffed up, tired all the time, memory. I don't post much but thougth I would add my input regarding your frustration post. Just in case I might make a difference. There are many things for many people as to the cause. Regardless of what is wrong, if you truly are dilligent and committed to achieving vibrant health and you will do whatever it takes (most folks won't)I would suggest starting with Colen Cleansing thru vegetable Juicing and moving on to Liver and Gallbladder Cleanses with a complete diet change of as many fresh fruits and veggies as you can do. Organic is best. There is much info on these different groups to do that. Also I have had the above listed symptoms (and more) and have had breast implants . I don't know if you are female. If you are and have silicone or saline implants you should start there. I would be happy to point you in the right direction if you need info about that. Still, as I said regardless of the cause you should strengthen your system big time. There are great supplements out there but as you have noticed, if they are not what you need it is wasted money. However, IMHO you will NEVER go wrong with detoxing. A real true detox with diet changes. It takes alot of courage and commitment to change your diet and do these things because you will have cravings and feel sicker sometimes during a cleanse. Afterwards you can feel fantastic. Most folks say they eat healthy and they really eat the typical American diet which is at best poor. The good news is cleansing the system can be done with limited income. Please let me know if this is at all helpful. If I can help even one person that is a plus for me. Just wanted to add I am the biggest junk food person I could ever imagine! I Hate veggie juice for example! LOVE cookies and cake! It is possible to makes small changes and there are many supplements that will effectively curb the cravings. Also, I use the veggie juice and HATE it but I just drink it down quickly and then have something healthy I am willing to tolerate. Being out of balance is the problem IMHO not just that you can not change. Change can be done in small ways at first that lead to more determination and strenghth and less obsessive cravings.
