Dear Group,

Carla is at the Spalding Rehab center connected to the hospital. She sounds much better, is working hard so she'll be able to go home, probably Sunday, but maybe earlier. I spoke to her church trying to get someone out to fly home with her, that's a maybe. Also asked them to help with meals and cleaning once she gets home. Carla thinks she can get through two airports and handle all her stuff and a six year old, and I told her to rethink that idea, hate to see her do something dumb and wreak all the good work Kumar did. I bet she'd love a phone call from some of you, since mail will get there too late since she'll be going home soon. She's very pleased with her outcome, now it's just healing.

I hope she gets some mail. I sent a card to her this weekend, but it

was to her old room #603. I hope they forward it to her.
