I always knew that my situation was unique and the pain was related to

my fusion. I never had pain before surgery, but within one year

afterwards, I already had started feeling the fatigue.

I live on a small family farm in Pennsylvania and I distinctly

remember bending over to weed the garden and having trouble

straightening. So over the years I learned to use my legs a lot more

than my back. It fact it has only been the last 2 years that I have

lost some of the flexibility in my hips and legs. some stretching

would probably help. I should resolve to do it everyday.
