Guest guest
Liz, thank you for your kind concern. I am aware of the constipation iron can cause and do avoid it. At the moment I am only taking Primal Defense, Fiberblend.Dr Schulz's #1. Supplements I reduced to CC, Colostrum, a multi, B complex, adrenal support, vit C and that is it for now. I have 2 cabinets full of supplements that I don't take anymore. I still do the homozon in small doses. I was on that protocol not long ago. Was up to 10 tsp a day. And yes, I do have candida and have been fighting it for years. Psyllium is something I cannot take, it totally clogs me up. No matter how much water I drink,. I do not have pain but have that tight pressure feeling under my right ribcage. The slippery elm capsules never helped that. I do not eat bread or dairy. Just Kefir. No prescriptions whatsoever. That is what the doctors gave me but I trashed it. It's a mystery to me Liz. I have been fighting constipation for almost 10 years. This tightness in my upper abdomen is a new one on me. One day I will figure out what it is. The living guinea pig. Try this, if it does not work, try this etc. Christel
Guest guest
Christel, Please read my previous mail (3 days ago) " dont forget electrolytes! " . I fully regulated my elimination and lost my 20 year old love handles by giving to my body the electrolytes it chrnically lacked. The " body's many cries for water book' describes this chronic dehydration very well but it does not identify one of its probable causes - low minerals and electrolytes from our bad diets ( too poor - too acid). It very characteristically states that to restore the electrolyte balance takes time, with lots of water and salt (I say chelated minerals, which are readily absorbed by our cells). I had costipation, some indications of leaky gut and low energy and I was drinking lots of water. I, characteristically, drank almost 1 quart before going to sleep and still felt dry (yes, this is the feeling - you might mot be thirsty) when waking up. I used an heavy attack dose of minerals for about 2 weeks and everything improved dramatically (even my morning temperature went up ). Right now I am drinking a lot of juices and a normal mineral supplement. Before this I had been taking everything : 5 months of Primal Defense, proteolytic enzymes, 2 parasite cleanses, 3 liver cleanses, the Arise and Shine cleanse and many other expensive supplements as well as changing my diet to a much more raw one with no refined crbs and no red meat. But nothing worked until I added more minerals. I hope this helped, -Greece > Liz, thank you for your kind concern. The ones I take are liquid and very, very expensive... Panix > __________________________________________________
Guest guest
hello michael, my question is similar to john's. i would like to know exactly what mineral supplements besides calcium and magnesium you took to regulate electrolytes. I'll copy a section from your earlier e-mail below, plus a section from your latest e-mail... thanks, betsy >>The signs of this deficiency ( according to my experience) are: loss of colour of the face (no more pink cheeks) general appearance of weakness decrease in muscle strength constipation intestinal gas ( in the advanced stage) I tried heavy magnesium and calcium supplementation with a lot of multimineral tablets. I took all the different mineral and trace element supplements I had together to make a multi-multimineral cocktail. << >> Before this I had been taking everything : 5 months of Primal Defense, proteolytic enzymes, 2 parasite cleanses, 3 liver cleanses, the Arise and Shine cleanse and many other expensive supplements as well as changing my diet to a much more raw one with no refined crbs and no red meat. Guest guest
Betsy and , Once I decided to go for it, I took the following: 4 liquid magnesium capsules with 1.2 gms magnesium pidolate each. They are called Mag2 in Europe 1 1g calcium plus vit D pill 5 Solamins chelated electrolytes (Solgar) 2 Electrolife from Arise & Shine 2 Radiant health basic essense minerals (it contains boron, selenium, chromium, manganese and some mg and Ka all in organic form) After 10 days I cut the above in half and after another week they are about one third of the initial dose, though I might go up again to see what will happen. Right now I am taking occasionaly a very interesting supplement from Switzerland. It is an alkalizing cocktail of organic minerals bound to carbohydrates called Burgerstein Basenmischung . I suspect it is really good. It is amazing how my eyes got whiter and how I lost a t least 60% of what was left of my love handles during the last 3 weeks without any special cleanse or change of diet. I am really convinced that electrolytes are the most important foundation on which to build any healing program. I also believe that most people are deficient in one way or another. , can you tell me what you are taking? I am consuming a lot more fresh juices now but I think I will need some quality supplementation. I hope these answered your questions, (from Greece) -- In bowel cleanse@y..., " Betsy Zajko " <betsy@z...> wrote: > hello michael, my question is similar to john's. i would like to know exactly what mineral supplements besides calcium and magnesium you took to regulate electrolytes.
