Guest guest
I've seen all this talk about what kind of Vit. C to buy. I'm almost out, and I need some more, so I thought it would be a great time to get the right kind. I don't know where to look though. Anyone have any ideas? Sodium Ascorbate was discussed, which is Ascorbic Acid Crystals (vitamin C) and baking soda mixed together in equal proportions, and then you add water. It is more absorable than tablets, and easier to take large amounts. ==>You can also put it in a squeeze bottle for squirting in your nose, which increases absorption a thousand times more than taking it by mouth. But if you take sodium ascorbate you must also take at least 1,000 mgs of the vitamin C tablet listed in my article because sodium ascorbate does not contain rutin, bioflavonoids, etc. ==>You can buy ascorbic acid crystals at your health or drug store. My bottle states that 1/4 teaspoon equals 1,200 mgs. of vitamin C. Bee
