I hated the gassy bloating it gave me, and stopped after 2 doses. Now I'm wondering if it would be useful to put some in an colonic/enema? Anybody know if this is dangerous or safe, and have any idea how much to use? Thank you, Silk gradually having BMs on Miralax, psillium, and Bentonite mixed in OJ in the am, psillium and bentonite at dinner. YAAAH!!
