I had heard on a radio broadcast that it should be 1-2 feet. Any information on that? When I am healthy and moving those soft stools, they are indeed about 18 inches, 2-3 times per day. I feel so much better, and my hard, bloated belly goes down. Janice in Denver America: Bless God!

The colon cleanses contain a number of ingredients so you cannot discern which ones you are reacting to, and unless you are certain you have parasites it is not wise to do a cleanse for them. Cleanses can be very overwhelming to your body, with it having to deal with all of those ingredients at one time. At this time in your program it is important to give your body what it needs to do its job, i.e. building up the immune system with nutrients. Cleanses will interfere with that. > I'm not getting " results " I got the first time I did a cleanse, and I > am feeling steadily worse as the days progress. Your feet being on fire is a lack of circulation - something is interfering. > I barely had one bm after 24 hrs, tiny one. Not even normal size movements. ==>More water does not necessarily help with constipation. Good fats will help more. If your bowels changed after starting the cleanse, the problem is the cleanse. In any case stop the cleanses and allow your body to adjust. > Pain and lump in stomach has returned. So has the brain-fog (a > little). No movement today at all. ==>You may need to puree foods for a few days after stopping the cleanse in order to get your bowels working again. There is a 5 day program in the files which is " Digestive Problems & Severe Die-Off Symptoms " . ==>Lara, although others claim that cleanses are very necessary, they aren't. I did the entire candida program in the mid 1980s without any cleanses or parasite treatments. The only type of cleanses I did was enemas. If you read my story you know how severely ill I was, yet the focus of my program was on three things only: 1) building up my immune system, 2) killing yeast, and 3) planting good probiotics. Let me know how you do with my suggestions. The best to you, Bee

Guest guest
Hello Max, I share a quote from an Edgar Cayce reading: " ...if raw apples are taken, take them and NOTHING else - three days of raw apples only, and then olive oil, and we will cleanse ALL toxic forces from any system! " (Edgar Cayce reading 820-2). My own life experience confirms this, so I have no reason at the moment to doubt its efficacy. Cheers, Robin www.healthforlifecoloncare.com www.westonaprice-elgin.org " Let thy food be thy medicine and thy medicine be thy food. " --Hippocrates (460-377 B.C.) Just be careful how you define food ;-) colon cleanse Hi again & thanks. I'm doing the 'Quick Cleanse' - Intestinal broom 7-day program with Calendula by TNP(totally natural products) & contains an eating plan for one who is on it but no 'after-detox' eating plan to ease back into my normal intake regime Because it's been over 7 years or so since my last detox I wonder if 7 days is enough? What do you advise in order for me to get the full effect? I will ask the local healthies & research more on a specific plan so I don't lose too much weight. I'm in australia so it shouldn't be a problem. Thanks again. Max << File: ATT00269.htm >>
