I don't think the idea is to get rid of the lining, because it is

protective, but that it should not be thick and gunky. J.

Does anyone know where to purchase food grade peroxide ?? It is no longer

avaliable in my area.

Could you kind of give us an idea of what came

out without totally grossing us out? I think

viewing the pictures would be a bit too much for

me.

Even though I wasn't the original poster I have

some additional questions:

1. How long did it take to start seeing some

response from the product?

2. How long did you stay on the product?

3. How often should it be used as far as

maintenance is concerned?

4. How do you even know you need to do this?

5. Doesn't a regular colon cleanse or

hydrotherapy address this problem?

dear george..tell me..how does it feel having somthing like that come out of

you..is it soft or hard..does it hurt? can you flush it? how long do you have

Teri, after taking the arise & sine products for three weeks, every hour and

a half, ( you are throwing them up by now) and eating a vegetarian diet, you

have prepared your body for your fast and coloema's. When I did my first

Arise & Shine fast in 1996 I lost stuff with each coloema. The third day of

straight fasting I lost * & ##@@!! of stuff painlessly, it just flushes out. I

have never felt the same since, it changed my life. I warn you though, it is

not easy. You take this stuff and it makes you sick after a while, sometimes

it got so tuff I would throw the pills right back up.

When you say, " It changed my life " , please tell how it changed. I am hoping

for the better! What did you feel? Also, have you used the Arise and Shine

Before doing my first cleanse I was diagnosed with a Goiter, upper thyroid

TSH levels, and utterly exhausted, unable to keep up with the demands of my

young family. My cleanse restored my energy to that of a teenager, my goiter

shrank and TSH returned to normal. My second cleanse I lost about 40 rocks.

What kind I do not know. I have tried to cleanse many more times and still

do coloema's yet found the pill popping so tuff, that the memories of my

first cleanse cause me to get sick from the pills, real quick. However, I

have a very sluggish colon and have to take about 6-8 Chompers, and 4 Herbal

Nutrition, that amounts to almost no food and 10 pills every three hours. If

your colon is not so sluggish you may do better, and not have to take so

many pills.
