You can have parasites for years without ever seeing them in your stools or

detecting them in lab test, these aren't accurate. Till taking

anti-parasite herbs, I had neither evidence nor even clue of parasites

presence.

About colon cleasing, there are various programs, including or not

enemas/colemas, but it cannot be painful
