Guest guest
<< I would love to hear what you know about the benefits of drinking vinegar! I'm in the dark about it! , according to Jim from oxy it balances the acid -alkaline in your stomach. Dr Jenson has it in his book ,in the 7 day cleanse. You are supposed to drink the bentonite mix first followed by the vinegar honey drink. Christel >>

It's supposed to increase that good acid that we all lose as we age. susie
Guest guest
Vinegar can really trigger candida in many people, I and my kids are some of them. I've also had several friends who tried this and had a massive candida reaction. If I drank vinegar everyday I'd probably have to deal with an ear infection or something very similar. I realize this is very controversial, but I speak from personal experience and think people should know if they start having problems after they've been drinking the vinegar drink for awhile, in spite of the good effects, that the bad symptoms which appear may be from candida. Guest guest
<< I am taking acidophilus....would taking vinegar " undo " what the acidophilus is doing, or would it enhance it? >> , I am taking both. The vinegar just works on the acid alkaline balance in your stomach. Christel
Guest guest
If one has Candida, would one not be able to take Vinegar? Is something that promotes growth of Candida, yes? Know it is one of the things one is to avoid when following the Candida diet.
Guest guest
The idea is to cultivate the intestinal flora. I don't think intestinal flora will grow in the presence of vinegar. > > > << I am taking acidophilus....would taking vinegar > " undo " what the acidophilus is doing, or would it enhance it? > >> > , I am taking both.
