Yes, a slight liquification of the bowels. Of course I am doing the essiac along with many other products but it does seem to be pivotal, something of a catalyst which causes all the others to work more in synch with each other. Since the post I'm replying to is almost two weeks old I'm wondering if you've experienced any more benefits of essiac since then. Robin G.
