for acne-- in addition to the colon cleansing-- you will want to start

working on your diet as well. start by cutting out all soda and hard sugars.

try also to eliminate refined white flour. this alone can do wonders for you.

i used to have bad acne as well-- not quite as bad as what you have, but now

my skin is very clear and healthy looking. while you cleanse it is important

to have bowel movements every day-- if you don't then you will need to take

enemas or colonics. as the frequency of my bowel movements increased my acne

started to disappear. certain natural fats lie fish oils seemed to have a

beneficial effect on my skin. but cleansing is definitely the way to go. your

skin should clear up completely once your colon is in good shape.

Hi Sonny,

You can definately do the colon cleansing to help rid your body of toxins,

and daily enemas can be done fairly quickly without getting in the way of

your daily routine too much. (You can buy a hot water bottle/enema bag combo

at WalMart for about $5). My hubby can do one in about 15 min. or less. You

might also want to try adding fiber, perhaps in the form of pysllium seed

husks to your diet to help pull out toxins.

You probably should also try to get to a much deeper level of cleansing of

tissues as well, and that can be done with fasting. Any and all acne that

I might even begin to have has always gone away with fasting, and I do

periodic fasts of between 3 and 10 days with great results. Regular fasting

is quite beneficial to the human body.

Thanks,

This is exactly what I've been trying to do--I've been trying to eat

natural foods, cutting out refined flours as well as hydrogenated

oils. I also stopped drinking milk and only eat cheese sometimes. I

have 2-3 bowel movements a day and I have increased the fiber in my

diet. I know I need to cleanse my liver as well, but I wanted to

start with my colon first. There doesn't seem like a really

effective *and* convenient way to do it. And anything that sounds

vaguely like that is really expensive..at least for me.

i might be able to help you more if you give me some more specifics like what

kind of foods you eat regularly, did you take antibitotics for an extended

perioed of time, are you overweight, any other medical problems besides the

acne. in addition to blood cleansing, i have reads that acne can be related

to a fat allergy which in turn is related to a sulfur deficiency. sulfur can

greatly improve the appearance of the skin. another sign of sulfur deficiency

is swollen tonsils and an extreme sensitivity to cigarrette smoke. a good

source of sulfur from supplements is MSM. with a fat allergy, you might

experience either an extreme repulsion to fats or an overwhelming desire for

them. with fats it is imprtant to get good fats into your body. some examples

of this are avocados, fish oils, nut oils, butter (if you can tolerate it),

olive oil. stay away from processed fats like hydrogenated oils, and fried

foods if you can. i suspect that there are some foods which are a regular

part of your diet that is a large part of the cause of the acne. it might

help to do some detective work by keeping a food journal or trying to locate

an electrodermal food allergy tester (dr. ali in new jersey has one) or

finding a good kinesiologist (hard to find) to test you for foods.

Sonny,

In addition to parasite cleansing first, I suggest you add burdock root in

capsule form each time you eat and before bedtime. Burdock root cleanses

the blood and the acne will get better. Also to clear up the bacteria on

the surface of the skin you can buy Tea Tree Oil and after you shower pour

some in your hands and rub in the the areas that are affected. Tea Tree Oil

will also get rid of them from the outside...Burdock from the inside. Tea

Tree has a strong smell but if you put it on before bed, the smell should

dissapate before morning.

hi,

I only weight 130, which is really light for being 6'0 " . I haven't

taken antibiotics for years and this bodily toxicity and imbalance

that is causing the acne is just about my only problem (although a

large one). I have pretty oily skin, which is a natural genetic

thing for me. Omega 3 oils have helped with that like flax oil. I

think its partly the overproduction of hormones and the overwhelmed

state of my liver (cleaning out toxins). I figure my colon is

probably dirty too and that is overwhelming my system even more, so I

want to start by cleansing that.

I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian, but I stopped drinking cow milk months

ago and only eat cheese sometimes. I've been trying to replace foods

with hydrogenated oils with other ones without them. For example, I

recently replaced my partially hydrogenated peanut butter with one

that is not hydrogenated. I'm pretty sure that if my body was clean

on the inside and I regulate my hormones with flax and other oils

supplying omega 3 fats then I'd ok. So I don't believe its a food

allergy or allergies.

let me ask you this: pretend you never read anything about nutrition and

cleansing, and you never talked to anyone giving you their two cents worth

(me included) on how or what you should eat. what sort of things would you

eat out of your basic instinct
