Guest guest
Dear Bee, You asked if I had chron's, colitis or diverticulosis in regards to the coffee enema. I don't, but I do have painful inflammation. Also celiac/gluten intolerance. Could you tell me how safe it is to use coffee internally if there is inflammation in the intestines? Thanks, Emma

I was able to expel the water enema but when I did the 2 cups coffee enema I did not expel a single drop of it. Like I said I am not concerned about this but would like to learn why it happened since; has you know I've joined your group a while back and I never had any think like this happen before. > > What I can tell you that I now have more energy and a clearer mind than I did before the enemas. +++Hi Maddalena, Sometimes not all of the fluids come out, but it is nothing to be concerned about. That's wonderful you have more energy, etc. You go girl! XOXO Bee
