adding recipes to our files

hi all

i saw some delicious looking recipes and food ideas posted here in the

last couple of months (a kim chee recipe comes to mind!)

i would like to copy some of these posts and put the recipes into our

files, attributing the recipe to the member who submitted it, of

course!

is there anyone here who does not wish to have their previously posted

recipes added to the files?

sharing some of the ideas from other members in our candida community

helps us all connect. we all gotta eat, and we may as well share our

secrets for success!

if you have a recipe(s) you would like to add, please e-mail it to me

directly and i will review, tweak if necessary for candida necessities

and put it in the files, along with a notification to the group that

it has been added.

the more the yummier!
