Hi Chuck,

I put a new bottle of olive oil in the fridge and had it last night - it

definitely tasted more rich and fresh, but it was pretty solid. So, I'm

assuming I should just leave it out for about 10 minutes to thaw a little,

but is that bad for the oil as well? thanks!!

No problem with briefly thawing. It's the total time spent warm that is

harmful.
