A friend that I work has a test meter to test blood sugar - he tested mine before lunch and my level was 64, which he said is dangerously low and indicates hypoglocemia. A new thing to investigate!!! Guest guest
Hi , Yeah, 64 is pretty low. I've had hypoglycemia for years; however, in the past year my fasting glucose has been creeping upward. It can be dangerous but I'm not sure how much. you can pass out a lot. I was just passing out all the time before I was diagnosed, and that was dangerous. Usually when my sugar level drops down to 50 I can't function. My sugar level had been in the 60s a lot. You should get some tests done and find out what kind of hypoglycemia you have. Sorry you've got this added thing to worry about. Here's a link to give you more info. http://www.fred.net/slowup/hypotret.html take care, sheila P.S. How are you feeling? Any better? <suser@...> wrote: Hey - anyone know about low blood sugar?
