Guest guest
Hi, I have read a couple of your post and I know you have had surgery with Dr. LaGrone, I am going to see him in April and I am almost postive I am going to select him to perform my revision. I wanted to see if I could ask you a couple of questions about your procedure and other things. Thanks
Guest guest
Hi Alpine! Its wonderful to hear from you. I was just thinking about you the other day, and here you posted an update...you must have caught my brainwave! I am sorry to hear that you still are struggling to get your pain " put in its place " ....I hope you eventually find the right combination so that you feel more " healed " . Don't despair that you are as " healed " as you will get, I can honestly tell you that this last year (just past 3 years) has been the first time I spent most of my days mostly able to not think about my back much at all. Partly, I think its a strength and flexibility thing that comes much later on, and the other part, for me, seems to be that I have made the necessary changes in my environment so that the little things that can aggravate this unyielding spine are not front and center every day. And of course its also been long enough that I am now completely used to this new way of moving so I don't feel like a stranger in my body. Its slow....but you will get there. Pleas stay in touch more often! Take Care, Cam
