One more question/issue,

I have alway had problems with constipation. (3-7 days)

Can anyone help me what to do in this situation?

I tried following the tips from the files, still not regular though.

And I dont feel good while thats happening.

thank you for your response.

I actually eliminated bread, I havent had any flour, wheat or grains

relly for about 2 months. The only ones I eat nowadays is amaranth,

millet,brown rice(not too often) sometimes quinoa(got hives the day

after, so I got scared and havent had it since)and I have a spelt

bread which I'm having less and less...but I have the worst cravings

for it, so thats why I'm tryng to eliminate it this way. Getting

better, eating smaller quantities and les often. other

I grew up on breads, milk, cheese, potatoes...so believe me its very

hard to eliminate all of them at once. And fries? that was a battle

on its own :-)

The only dairy I have is butter (natural organic unsalted) and white

yoghurt. I've alway taken yoghurts very well...for some reason if I

feel kind of out of place, eggs (soft boiled mostly)or youghurt seem

to me me feel better.

Meat is quite hard for me at the moment (except chicken)because of

finances (havent been working for 5 months)

The only other thing I have issues with is fat, oily foods. I tried

the coconut oil, I like cooking with it, but the recomendations I saw

like 2-3 tbsp a day...I couldnt even handle 1. It seems too fatty to

mee and I felt like vomiting. Once I got it in my stomach, after

about 5 minutes I was OK. Is this normal? I have been reading about

all the benefits, I want to take it, but what do I do?

I also started taking Jarro Dophilus for digestion (which is my

biggest problem)and Candidase. I also started taking cod liver oil

and take a multivitamin. Also working on egg-shells calcium +

magnesium.

I have to say the one thing I enjoy is the Electrolyte drink.

Appreciate any input.
