Guest guest
Some states only allow water to be used for colonics, no additives. It is ok for anyone to use additives on themselves in their own home with their colemas, but for a therapist to use other than purified water is a no-no in our state. And pure water has been working great for me in the past seven years.

Guest guest
Hi. Ive received many colonics for cleansing and arthitus problems. I have found that some work better than others. In my case, and always remember that it varies on you and the therapist you use: I found that the closed systems work better for me although i delt with more discomfot issues. It seemed like it was more vigours and my psorisis and arthitus imporved dramaticaly with in two days of my first treatment. I have also tried the open system. Its more gentle with less cramping, but it didnt seem to alliveit my health probems as well as the closed system does. My next goal is to have a professional stomach or intestinal massage just befor the colonic. I'm guesing that might help dramatically. My only downside with the colonics were that I had a leaking problem for two hours afterward. That was because I had internal injuries from being crushed between a forklift and pickup many years ago. Doctor says I'm ok, but ever since then I've had trouble when I have diareah. So when I'm sick or having colonics I have to wear dispoable diapers for a while. All in all, a small price to pay for feeling much better. Keep in mind that I havent heard anyone eles with this complication. I would also have to admit that there some errotic aspect involved depending on your mood and the therapist. Happy trails
