I did the complete Harmony -- Clear -- Experience program. It worked

well for regularity, but did not get any black stuff out. Those came

out with " Arise & Shine " . The Awareness products are quite expensive

and come with no instructions on nutrition, re-infection prevention,

etc. Arise & Shine comes with a booklet on nutrition and liver

cleansing. Included is a testing kit which measures the body's

ability to handle the cleansing process. (People who are low in

electolytes might end up with severe cleansing reactions.) One kit

for 2 cleanses includes Chomper (herbs), Herbal nutrition, Flora

grow, Bentonite, Psyllium, Ph testing paper, books.

So black stuff coming out is a good sign??? The first time I had black

stuff in my stools was after taking antibiotics. Now I'm getting it

again while taking all these supplements. I was thinking it was

something I was eating that was making it black or that things were

being digested well enough.
