Guest guest
I was reading the book by Karilee Halo and Shames, and, read the section on adrenals. It sugests taking, if adrenals fatigue is a problem, taking hydrocortisone(natural hormone) 5mg, one to four times a day, starting w one time , morning, every other day for the first week, then, every day, and, up to 4 times a day, it explains the process. Prednisone, a more potent and synthetic form, is NOT to be used. Another alternative, is using glandular adrenal, which is a glandular extract, minus the active hormone. It works too, sometimes making the use of hormones not needed. I also got the book by Hertogue, Terry. will check it out. Is hydrocortisone available over the counter? According to this book, it would be a good idea. Also, perhaps , I will try the glandular adrenal. With my next appointment,in about three months, I will request to check my adrenal content, to see if it is low, and, then, act accordingly.W the results, my doctor will see the numbers. Is anybody had results with glandular adrenal? Masiste>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
