Guest guest
I am not famliar with this product, but do have comments on the ingredients. Thyrosine - has always been highly recommended. I have added this and haven't really ever noticed a difference. Iodine - not necessarily a good thing. 1. Depends on your cause of hypo, can actually have detrimental effects if you have hashimotos. 2. For most developed countries you get an over abundance of iodine. Supplements can be very helpful. Personally I have found the addition of good source of omega 3 fats best (flax or fish oil). Again, supplements are dependant on the cause of your hypo. You need to know that first before treating. > Hi, > > I've been Hypo for many years but only recently was diagnosed.
