I am not famliar with this product, but do have comments on the

ingredients.

Thyrosine - has always been highly recommended. I have added this and

haven't really ever noticed a difference.

Iodine - not necessarily a good thing. 1. Depends on your cause of

hypo, can actually have detrimental effects if you have hashimotos.

2. For most developed countries you get an over abundance of iodine.

Supplements can be very helpful. Personally I have found the

addition of good source of omega 3 fats best (flax or fish oil).

Again, supplements are dependant on the cause of your hypo. You need

to know that first before treating.

How do you find out what is causing hypo?
