Sorry........when they bumped the OxyContin to 40 mg 3x/day it knocked me out a little. At least I have been able to sleep in a bed since Monday night painfree! I've adjusted to it enough that I function somewhat cognitively through the day as well. When I get sleeping I park myself in the recliner and snooze. Today I finally feel like myself but I'll try to keep myself down and not overdo just because I feel good.

I have to go see Dr. Watters in Raleigh on Wednesday so he can look at the incision. At least it is not red any longer. It still seeps some though. He refused to let me go to a local surgeon so will have to drive me to Raleigh - 8 hour round trip.

leaves any minute now for Alabama. He told me was leaving yesterday - lied. Then he said he would leave real early this morning - another lie. I guess I'll have to shove him out the door and lock them so he can't come back in. It's a 14-hour drive to Alabama and he MUST work tomorrow and Saturday. Then he can come home and he's free until he finds another job. I hope he finds one that starts in the middle of June. Otherwise I'll miss Joanna's graduation because there's no way I can fly alone and carry my computer on the plane. I need the computer so I can continue to work. Unless I can talk someone here into driving me to NY or flying up there with me.
