Guest guest
why cytomel? the groups I am on don't recommend T3 only treatment. b/c you have to heal the underlying problem. it looks like you would benefit from thyroid meds. I assume you are taking iodine too. Gracia On 4/17/2011 4:33 PM, tobdncng@... wrote: Hi everyone, So glad to see all that people are doing with Iodine these days. It is exiting and maybe because of the incident in Japan more people will want to be healthy! Anyway, just got my test results back and am not sure if I need to go back on Cytomel. Any feedback is welcome. TSH 3rd Generation 3.316 .350-5.500 Free T3 3.1 2.3 - 4.2 Free T4 1.22 .80 - 1.80 Thyroid Peroxidase ABS 66 0 - 60 (HIGH) Reverse T3 254 90 - 350 Thyroidglobulin, Quantitatave 5.2 ..5 - 55.0 Antithyroglobulin Ab <20 0 - 40 The only one out of range I can see if the Thyroid Peroxidase ABS. And it is on the high side. Looking forward to your feedback. Thanks in advance for your help! Wishing you all health and wellness! Guest guest
I have similar results but I am on T3 already, 50mcg. I thought that T3 is the only answer to clear rt3 as the Adrenal Group works this way but even after clearing, many cannot switch back to Armour etc since there clearly is an underlying problem. It could be stress, clogged liver, bad diet... what I'm trying to say, that I would probably not start T3 if I knew then what I know now. I would instead do milk thistle or Metagenics clean and up iodine faster. Susa > > > > Hi everyone, > > So glad to see all that people are doing with Iodine these days.
