Guest guest
Hi Jeanne, I also benefited by Barb's mention of the racy feeling and that it might be from too many supplements. I've considered all sorts of things being the source of the problem. Lately I looked into thyroid stuff and checked out fine even with the so-called test (whatever that was.) I've cut back my vitamins and hope to see an improvement. I think we all want so very much to be well that we can sometimes overdo even the good stuff. ~Robin
Guest guest
What kind of supplements? What do you think you were over doing it on? I take a mulit vitamin, vitamin C, E, and sometime some exta B I have pretty much cut out a lot other stuff but need to buy some E. I know racing heart is also a sign of an allergic response.
