Hi Liz,

Thanks very much for the suggestion. I will look for that enema next time I go

to the drug store. Do people still recommend an enema with one of the oxygen

therapies?

Rhonda, The coffee enema is good for any type of therapy

you made be on. I haven't had the chance to do one yet.

It is supposed to clean your liver out and you feel really

refreshed. Do it in the morning, it is stimulating.

I have been trying to get hormones balanced along with

fighting this Candia and this enema is one of the things

on my MUST DO list.

Hello Trina,

Seems like a lot of Vitamin C powder. I'd suspect this would cause too much burning in the rectum even diluted a lot with warm water. No, I've never heard of this but I'm very interested in various herbal retention enema solutions and there use to help benefit a person's health.

A company that makes various herbal tea bags to be used for retention enemas is as follows:

http://feinstrumpfhose.com/herbalenema/

While a person can drink herbal tea the gastric juices in the stomach mess up the teas benefit to you. A retention enema with the right tea for you after a cleansing enema is can be wonderful because the tea goes straight into the blood stream via the portal vein in the rectum.

As far as the Vitamin C goes, it sounds great, but would try a small amount first and gradually increase it. Not quite sure what the purpose of a 1/4 cup of powdered vitamin C would be, it seems to be excessive to me. However a small dose maybe one or two teaspoons might be perfectly wonderful for the body.

I once saw a recipe for an enema solution that calls for 1/4 cup Vit. Cpowder. It was on a web site, and I can't remember is anything besidesthe water is added. Can anyone help me? Thanks, TrinaSubscription email: mailto:bowel cleanse-subscribe

Just a first impression, but it seems excessively acid for safety.

Thank you Fred and all the others who wrote regarding my Vit. C. enema.

I am going to do it as written. If it does burn too much, I will try

adding baking soda to buffer it the next time around. But I would think

if it burns to much, baking soda or a smaller amound of the Vit. C would

be recommended. Trina

Baking soda plus an acid makes a soda-acid fire extinguisher. It

releases a great deal of carbon dioxide gas.

I did do the Vit. C enema last night. I didn't have a problem with it

burning. My problem was retaining it-I usually don't have a problem with

this. But I also used about 3 qts of water as I wanted a larger fill.

Anyway, between the two I was only able to retain for 5 minutes before

it came out explosively.

So will not need to add any baking soda or anything else for that

matter. A few wrote me and was curious about the enema. So thought I

would just send to the list.

Yes, they can be implanted rectally. How old is your son? A good probiotic

like Primal Defense or (is it Flora Grow...can't remember help me out folks)

would be good orally and probably also rectally. NOW...I grew to hate enemas

because of some bad experiences as a child and adult (no need elaborate there,

but they were given to me by others)...so I went to an expert and found out how

very soothing and effective colemas are and got my own board. Why not experiment

on yourself first...try a specialist first then get your own " board " . Unless of

course your son is very happy receiveng enemas. of

Dewberry Hill

Folks,

My son has been to the doctors.. Plenty,,,, basically the doctor

said to give him probiotics .. Well I just wanted to know if they

can be implanted by way of enema... Thats all.. Will they live

through the HCL....in the stomache...

Hi , I have a friend whose little daughter was chronically constipated and

the doc wanted to put her on laxatives. Instead, he dad did some research, and

bought some chewable acidophilus and she ate a couple a day and the problem went

away. What a smart dad. Yes, they can live throught the stomach acid and

digestion process. And, from what I understand, you take as many as you have to

take to get results,, which varies from person to person. And you can't

overdose. The worst thing that could happen is that your stool would get too

loose. And then you could take less.

Not a doctor.

Hi. I am a new member, but I have been living on the candida diet (for

the most part) for over a year due to food and mold allergies. I have

done a lot of research on detoxing and enemas, and last night I tried a

warm water enema for the first time. My question is this-- there was a

LOT of blood. Is this normal? I don't remember reading anything about

it. I was very careful, and used oil, nothing hurt, etc., but quite a

bit of pink water and blood on paper, toilet, etc. afterwards, but no

pain or cramping when it was over. It kind of freaked me out, so

anyone with a similar experience, please let me know.

Thanks,

Amy
