Guest guest
It is really nice because over at Rochester, MN where I had my liver transplant they have a place called THE GIFT OF LIFE TRANSPLANT HOUSE. It is a very wonderful place. My friend who had a transplant 3 months after mine stayed there and it is so great and much cheaper than an apartment or motel. When I had mine done, all my kids and my husband and Mom went over and stayed with me and they do not allow kids to stay in the transplant house unless they are the patient, for fear of sickness, so I could not stay there. We stayed in a motel that had almost like an apartment and it was nice for 200.00 per week, was not the ritz, but it was clean and it worked. Take care all!!!! Lori C.
