Guest guest Posted February 22, 2001 Report Share Posted February 22, 2001 You probably know all this, but if you are unable to take calcium anymore then Vitamin D (obtained from the sun - do you live in a sunny climate?) is good for the bones. Also if you have osteoporosis or thinning bones, no-impact or low-impact weight-bearing exercise rebuilds the bones. But, it does take a long time.
