Guest guest
Hi Everyone, Just a few thoughts on the pain and discomfort issue. I realize there are pains that go beyond what a person can tolerate and that they need something. Having said that, I would like to encourage anyone experiencing pain to move! Pain is often caused by stagnation in the body. Being chronically ill means we are down a lot. Sitting, laying down, doing small tasks, but not really moving for health. The circulation (not just blood) does not work that great....a body at rest stays at rest....the whole body gets sluggish. Mild exercise really helps to clear out toxins and ease pain. I have done this and it works for me. I am talking about things like yoga and light walking. There are also specific tai chi exercises for organ stimulation - to clear stagnation. My husband has taught me exercises to do and when I am finished I feel like a new person!
