Dear & Irwin'

Hi! No, I'm only hypothyroid & normally have a high bolld TSH, unless I

take my daily cocktail of 1 tablet of P5P =co enzyme B6

4 drops inwater of Sea Kelp Liquid Iodine

250 mg or bita a 500mg in half of a L-Tyrosine tablet all safe, non toxic,

NOI perscription needed, water soluable & CAN be purchased inexpensively,

per product, at a HEALTH FOODS STORE or, if you need to, you can try

ordering on the internet. The specialists can't help me so I take care of my

own thyroid, this is not medical advice nor am I a doctor. Conditions do

vary from person to person.

This is just my experience. I can say, and this hasd been validated at my

doctor's office, that I've LOST 15 to 17 POUNDS, since 1/23/06 simply by

drinking a 20oz bottle of my favorite flavored, non carbonated water with

lunch, or afternoons, and another 20 oz. with dinner. Also, I use good old

fashioned portion control plus I found that, since I'm hypothyroid, I CAN

exercise IF I ONLY DO FEWER REPS OF MORE LOW IMPACT EXERCISES like waking,

combined arm & leg stretches or lunges, up & down stairs with walking

between each set & 10 minutes on a stationary bike 2 or 3 times a week.

Sorry to be long winded, but I hope this helps you or maybe others. Take

Care, Everyone. I will say that I don't feel lighter but my doc's scale says

I am & I don't know if I've lost anything around my hips yet.
