Guest guest
Hi Nokusa, unfortunately that's what ARV's do. You might find that Doug and I are not quite on the same page, however I do care for him and worry about him and offer to extend my hand if i can help him. I myself chose not to take ARV's however that choice is yours. I do offer advise to people who are on ARV's and they do tell me they have less side effects. From working in research myself. I have found many ways to combat those side effects. One thing you must do is get on Probiotics, probiotics are the good bacteria we need in our bodies. Those are the live cultures found in Yogurt. ARV's can not distinguish between good and bad bacteria and just kill all bacteria, so it's important to get on probiotcs and eat as many raw fruits and fresh veggies to get that nutrient support. Another thing is to get on Selenium, Selenium helps with cell damage repair and you can find that information when you google Selenium and HIV because many leading HIV experts agree that Selenium taking in conjunction with the meds is a good thing. One thing everyone agrees on is that the drugs are toxic, therefore detoxing once in a while is a must. I hope this shines some light on your issues. Lots of Love! I want to tell him before is too late or I just dump him without telling what's going on. Doug my worry is the shape of my body which was altered by ARV. Is it possible to get back fats on my thighs and bums. Atleast I can keep on with big breasts and belly. Sent from my BlackBerry® wireless device What's up? I had heard this group has times when it is silent. I guess this is one of them. I hope that means everyone is well and doing fine, but I know that is most likely not true. How is everyone doing, not only health wise but economically, socially, house wise, all of it? I propose each of us post a message saying what are the 5 biggest worries or problems we are having. Who knows just maybe one of our Poz buddies in this group may have a solution to one or more of our problems.
Guest guest
5 concerns? Since I got off of ARV's and did the oxygen therapy I am in full control of my health. I even got rid of Allergies that annoyed me all my life. I am fit, never get the slighted sign of the common cold....nada. My concern is for others now not me. So my concerns are 1) for people to get educated and open their mind on the HIV issue from all angles. 2) Ask questions and demand answers 3)Know the toxicity of the ARV's and to avoid life long effects it can have in the body by feeding it this toxic factor every single day as they live 4)for people to stop thinking their Doctors are GODS and know there is much valuable information out there that can help anyone who has a HIV/AIDS diagnosis 5)my concern is that people will just give up. Guest guest
Hi Don, I just reread your list of concerns. Are you thinking of giving up? I hope not. You have always been so dynamically strong a fighter. To end your fight now would be a defeat and I hate to see you defected. You have too much to offer and you still have a lot to offer all of us. Please tell us what is going on with you. On a more broad picture I agree with you about HIVers in general giving up. In my list I called it " complacent " . The fight is not there like it once was when we were dying and had no hope. I have no answers about how our people can get remotivated, but I can tell you the future is full of uncertainty. I guess you know that. That is what you are concerned about. I share your concern. Doug What's up? I had heard this group has times when it is silent. I guess this is one of them. Guest guest
No, you got it the other way around, I have been in contact with Joan Shenton, Crowe and others trying to throw in my grain of sand in all this. You're right about one thing, I'm close to giving up on this group. This group isn't going any where, it's been contaminated by lies and medical corruption assumptions as well. T-Cell count is unreliable and viral loads are meaning less. A viral load is not what it is, it doesn't measure viral components, it measures material that we don't know if it is useful for the body or not, all I know is that this " viral load/material being measured " is destroyed by ARV's which is why viral loads go down to 0. All I ask for is scientific proof from the scientific community and a reason to why Viral loads and T-Cells are indicator to identify infection and poor health. I would never go back to ARV's I put my body through that misery for 6 months, 6 months of nausea, fatigue, diarrhea, nightmares, and immune problems. Never again.... I'm well and in full control of my health. I wish you were too Doug man and not suffering from the health issues you have previously mentioned. Here is some data I collected when researching HAART: There are no long-term studies that demonstrate health benefits or increased life expectancy for patients taking the HAART drug combination. Studies show that HAART actually shuts down numerous functions of the immune system considered essential for survival including the activity of many cytokines, proteins that trigger viral immune responses. 30% of patients taking HAART suffer from lipodystrophy, the fat distribution and metabolic disorder that can lead to heart attacks and strokes, and cause fat lumps known as " buffalo humps " and other physical deformities. So that's where I've been, most of the time I don't even bother coming to this group because this group has become no different than any other medical poisoned AIDS group it's just depressing hearing all the nonsense going on in here and everybody losing the main focus on what this group AIDSCURED was created.
