Sorry Pamela,

You also asked why I switched? I had some hair on my head, but it's gotten

worse, I'm almost bald at the front of my head now. So I thought I would give

Armour a try, to see if at least the texture of my hair improved. Plus Armour is

giving you other T numbers besides the ones commonly referred to. Just because

medics have not done the science on these other values, God put them all there

for a reason, even if medics do not understand what role they play in overall

thyroid function.

By the way, I also learned through reading/research when I was losing pubic and

underarm hair that that was likely adrenal in origin as well. No G.P. ever told

me about, or considered these things.

> Hi Bee,

==>Hi SG. Welcome to our group. I see you just joined us on

December 3rd.

to work out everyday to get my mind off of it. I've also gained

about 10 pounds within 1-2 months. I have noticed that I am a lot

less depressed on the Candida Diet. So does this mean its working?

==>Unless you joined and re-joined Dec. 3rd you couldn't have been on

my diet/program for 4 weeks. So please read my main article " How to

Successfully Overcome Candida " which was sent to you when you joined;

or find it in our group's files (left menu) in the 1st folder along

with Candida, How to Get Started so you can re-check your diet and

supplements. Also see the Candida Diet and Candida Supplements

folders for handy lists.

==>When candida is overgrowing and also when it is killed off it puts

out carbon dioxide (gas), along with over 70 other toxins, most of

which are alcohol. It does take time, patience and persistence to

heal naturally, so you cannot expect overnight results or

improvements. See the Healing Naturally Folder for articles about

what to expect. You will get worse before getting better, and there

will get good days and bad days.

> Also, I was wondering if Flax seeds are okay? I take it so I have

my fiber (i have constipation problems), but when I take it I feel

more bloated than normal.

==>Flax seeds and any fibres, other than those in the veggies

recommended, are not okay. They damage the intestines and cause

digestive problems. See the Candida Diet Folder for Fibre

information.

I drink TONS of water (4-6 L/day) so i know that's not the problem.

What are your thoughts?

==>Tons of water is not the answer either my friend. You can drink

TOO much water and cause lots of problems for yourself. If you read

my article you will understand better; also see the Water Folder.

The best in health, Bee

Dear Bee,

Thank you so much for writing back. I am still very confused about

one thing. My naturopath told me that my body does not agree with

dairy-which I already knew- but I was wondering if butter is still

okay. I know you highly recommend it, but will it affect me

negatively due to my dairy sensitivity?

Please let me know whenever you get a chance.

Thanks

Hi Bee,

So I made ghee ( or tried to - i didnt have a strainer line cheese

cloth thing, but i kept taking the top layers of foam off and

putting it back in the oven to try to remove it all), I've been

using if for the past 2 days, and today again I feel like my stomach

is stretching apart (thats what one of my symptoms are; excessive

bloating)-- i ate dinner at 5:30pm, and its 9:20pm now. I don't

feel as though I ate too much either. Do you think i just don't

tolerate butter/ghee or did I not make it right? :/

Have a good night!

==>Hi SG. I don't believe it is the butter/ghee that is causing the

problem; it is candida. Please read articles in our Allergies

Folder - they will enlighten you a lot. Healing reactions are not

allergic reactions for sure! You are probably going to have

uncomfortable symptoms but don't necessarily blame foods. Butter

also kills off candida, so that is another factor involved in the

whole scenario.

==>To help alleviate pain drink ginger tea, or ginger & fennel tea,

or chew on raw ginger or fennel seeds, or take 1 tsp baking soda in

6 ounces of warm water. If all else fails take Pepto Bismol, which

is bismuth (a natural substance) but buy the kind that doesn't

contain aluminum, or you could try going on the 9-Day Program I

recommend in my main article, or see the Digestion Folder.

Luv, Bee
