Guest guest
Hello Bee and everyone, I have been doing the diet completely for about 3 weeks and adding supplements slowly. Still trying to figure out my constipation issue grrrrr... but at least my former chronic and intense bowel/digestive pain is MUCH less. In fact, I am feeling pretty much greater than I can remember feeling in a long time. Yesterday I was in good mood and super productive all day. I even stayed up in bed reading after dh fell asleep because i wasn't too tired! This is wonderful and I thank you, Bee, so much for your program that has led me to give my body what it needs. Now a few questions - I am used to drinking way more than 36 ounces of liquid a day. I have read the info about drinking too much water, and it sounds good, but i still FEEL thirsty. I've been trying to just drink the lemon/salt mix that i make up for the day, but i always want to gulp water along with it, and I easily finish all of it before dinner. Today, I actually mixed up a whole 'nother batch of 3 lemons and drank all of that too. So, should I just force myself to drink less? Am i consuming too many lemons? I still have some constipation, which I don't understnd how that could be possible with all those lemons. Will it hurt my teeth? Also, I add stevia to the drink to balance the acid. I don't know a quantity, it is to taste. Is this too much stevia to eat every day? Along with the stevia in the egg drink almost every day? And one more question about parasites. I have had parasites for a long time, maybe my whole life who knows. I became aware of this after a few years of debilitating " IBS " type symptoms when I actually crapped out a few giant worms. Besides being traumatic, it was my first education on the fact that people here do have worms and they cause problems. Since then, I used variouis herbal remedies for the parasites, and even a round of antibiotics (at my parents' coersion). However, I am quite certain that I still have parasites, especially since I just got back not long ago from a few months of travelling in central america. I have read that having parasites interferes with any anti-candida effort, and that you have to get rid of the parasites before anything else. Bee, what do you think? My guess is that this is the same perfect diet for that, as well as the immune system, but should I take different herbal things prior to the antifungals? Thanks so much,

Do ensure you eat plenty of good fats to avoid constipation. If you cannot tolerate very much coconut oil or butters yet, both are antifungal, take some extra virgin olive oil until your other fats are increased enough. > > Now a few questions - > I am used to drinking way more than 36 ounces of liquid a day. Fats are required in order the cells to utilize, along with minerals (contained in the ocean sea salt). ==>Am i consuming too many lemons? The diet itself is excellent for building up enamel on the teeth, so the amount of lemons recommended wouldn't cause a problem. Also stevia should only be consumed in small amounts. You may be getting too much of both of them. > > And one more question about parasites. I have had parasites for a long time, maybe my whole life who knows. I do not recommend doing a treatment without knowing what you are dealing with. However, garlic, oil of oregano and clove oil do kill parasites. > Thanks so much, ==>You are so welcome.
