First a big thanks to everyone who has read the files already. As you know,

the one file that that everyone really MUST read is " How to Successfully

Overcome Candida " . It was written by Bee Wilder who started this group to

help others with Candida. It's a nice service she performs and is not a job

and so we all need to be responsible and learn the basics of the diet before

we ask questions. It'll sure save a lot of typing and duplicate emails!

Besides being here to ask and answer questions, members of this message

group are encouraged to share their stories, both successes and miseries.

We're all here because we happen to have something in common and it helps us

all to give and receive support.

Bee's getting her computer fixed up this weekend and so I'm minding the

store until she's back. Here's a link to the file I need you all to read

before she gets back. Thanks ~Robin.

Okay. Great. Either it's my computer or there is something wrong with the

links I'm trying to paste in. Maybe because they're " inside " our

Message Group site they can't be accessed that way.. hmmmmm.....

Anyway, to get to the file all you need to do is click on the " files "

section at the left of the screen and go down until you see " How to

Successfully Overcome Candida " . Click on that and read away!

Of course, if you get emails of all the messages like I do, you'll have to

go to the web page for the group. <Candida

Thanks!

I have read this file - actually after I read it I sent it to my daughter,

who has Candida so she would have the information as well.

Is the Almond Zucchini Bread in the recipe section your Almond Bread that

you mentioned earlier?

Thanks!

Yes. The almond zucchini bread is the one I was speaking of. You can vary it

in many ways. More or fewer eggs or try different vegetables... It satisfies

a certain craving I get for bread and I hope it works for others. I love it

first thing in the morning. ~Robin
