==>No the enema will not cause problems of any kind, it will only

help; in fact I felt so tremendously better after my first coffee one

I wished I'd started on them sooner.

the good fats,oils etc to help with constipation but I'm not sure if I

should continue with the enema.

==>Steph if enemas were not absolutely and perfectly safe they

wouldn't be recommended. Read the information in the Enema Folder so

you understand more how they work and why they are so helpful.
