RE: very low TSH, near normal T3 and T4, pregnant, any ideas??

What's your waking pulse? If that's normal then I wouldn't worry. It could

just be that you're getting exactly what you need from the armour, so your

body isn't trying to make any more itself? (TSH meaning Thyroid Stimulating

Hormone.) Or, you could be hypopituitary. This is where your pituitary gland

doesn't release enough TSH, which in turn leads to hypothyroidism.

If you feel worse when you take less, then you're probably on the right

dose. You could always try taking 2 1/2, but if you're not having

palpitations or a racing heart you're probably ok.

I'm not exactly an expert though :-/ The folks at thyroid_helpers are great

at making sense of test results, the only one that means anything to me is

TSH, and that's the least reliable of the lot.

you CANNOT be treated by the numbers, you should go by free T3 and free T4

and how you feel. Have you looked on the pregnancy board at
